Review: Cafe The Karak
Shaam ki Ronak
What I love most about winters is Dining Outdoors. You just can't always Sit, chill and enjoy Hot meals outside in Summers. No matter what I'll be always on Winter's side! And Friday evening is from where the happiness and relaxation of weekend starts. Never let it turn out boring.
So my friday was a lil bit boring so I SAVED THE DAY! Let me tell you how. I picked up my friend and went for a perfect Shaam ka Kehwa. Yeah you heard me right! Kehwa! "Peshawari Kehwa" also because my friend is Pakthun. "Aj ki Shaam, Shehnaz kay Naam!" Kehwa and Chicken Pakoray is such a blend that you should try.
Know what actually attracted me towards "Cafe the Karak"? Is the Decor!
The food is maybe my second priority but the place will always be my first. The man behind the Decor is a PHD in how to attract customers, or umm.. Most importantly Me. Lighting always attracts and that solid touch of vast culture, trucks, clay-pots, chaarpayi, persian wheel, a fire place in between, fountain and Ajrak (Sindhi printed textile) as a table cloth.
How classy it is to sit crossed-legs on charpayi in free style and drinking Peshawari Kehwa, Matka Chaaye or Sweet n Salty Lassi and that heart-warming Qalams and Qawalis touching your soul!
And there you have such a loving friend to talk about Life and our gay laughter heard all around in the air.
