Shedding Tears of Blood - KASHMIR!
As a kid, I was super confused about Kashmir. I didn't knew the difference between Azad Kashmir and Indian occupied Kashmir. I thought it was a war zone, but when I googled the words K-A-S-H-M-I-R, I got surprised! The first thing that came into my mind was "How any place so glorious and Beautiful can be a war zone?"
"Kashmir is no doubt a Heaven, Heaven having Streams of Blood"

That confusion ended until I read Radcliff Award. "Kashmir is facing Unfairness even before Independence of Pakistan." Kashmir is the Heart of Pakistan, it Reflects our Heart, so beautiful and pure, even if people ruin it, it can never lose its purity and beauty.
Its been 97 days since Kashmir is under curfew. Isn't it too much? If someone asks me to stay indoor, locked up in my home for several days, Its a big NO! Not only me but no human can survive staying at one place, no food, no water, no work and most importantly no fresh air.
But Kashmiris... They are human too. They are under curfew, locked up in their own houses, no water, no food, no contact, no social activity, no electricity, no nothing. Not even guarantee of their life. They are away from their family and relatives. Their dear ones are either murdered, lost, raped, starving to death, or imprisoned.
Imagine yourself as a girl who used used to live lively in a place so beautiful near a valley, used to walk to school in glee in a weather so peaceful with a cold nip in air, strolling around the farms, playing with the baby goats, singing poems of joy and happiness and her echo is heard all around the village between the snow-peaked mountains. But now, she is sitting under a roof sobbing and scared of the shelling, shivering, starving, alone, raped, her mother is lost, her father is imprisoned. BOOOM! Another blast! People screaming, fighting and shooting.
Or imagine yourself a boy whose father was murdered in front of his eyes and died in his hands, then suddenly the army drag him towards their vehicle, tied him up with a rope attached to the vehicle, drive and drag him all the way round to the prisons. Now he is imprisoned in a cell as small as grave, tied him up with heavy chains, no ventilation, no food, no light, not able to move and they drag him outside with the chain and treat him like a dog.
What would you do?
Human is born free. The Indian Army is violating Religious as well as Human rights! Can't the United Nations see? And India, it has a great number of people who call themselves Humanists. Are they blind or deaf? This is a matter of human and human not a Muslim or a Pakistani.
I stand for Kashmir! Use your pen or your voice or your passion and SAVE KASHMIR! STAND WITH KASHMIR and call yourself KASHMIR.
"I AM KASHMIR!"
